Boondi Pannacotta

Well if you have some boondi laddoos at home, here’s an innovative way to present them as a tempting dessert.


  1. 3-4 Boondi Laddus
  2. 11/2 tablespoon gelatin powder
  3. Sugar to taste
  4. 1 teaspoon Kewra essence


Make pannacotta by boiling a glass of milk, mix one and a half spoon of gelatine in some cold milk, add the paste in boiling sweet milk. Stir so as no lumps are formed. Let it cool down to set. Then take short glasses, crumple some boondi laddoos at the base put pannacotta on top. Again garnish with boondi crumbs.Also I had added some kewra essence to add some flavour to the pannacotta.
