| Time: Preparation Time: 10 minutes Refrigeration Time : 2 hours
Serves: Makes 12-15
1 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup finely chopped dark chocolate
2 tablespoons ghee + 1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon ground sugar
2 tablespoons finely chopped almonds
1 tablespoon finely chopped cashew nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Put the chopped dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute or till the chocolate gets melted.
Combine the melted chocolate, condensed milk, ghee and milk powder in a non-stick pan. Cook on low heat while stirring continuously till the mixture starts leaving the surface of the pan and comes together as a dough.

Spread the prepared burfi mixture evenly in a greased dish. Scatter the chopped nuts on the top.
Keep it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow it to set properly.
Once set, cut it into squares or any shape of your choice like heart-shape using a cookie cutter.
Store in an air-tight container.
