Fruit Skewers

Multi-coloured fruits put together in skewers served as a healthy snack. They are packed with health benefits of fruits, look magnificent and taste great! These multi-coloured skewers are perfect for Holi – the festival of colours. The best thing is that they can be put together in few minutes and there is absolutely no cooking involved!

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups cherries
  2. 1 1/2 cups cubed pineapple
  3. 1 cup strawberries
  4. 1 cup orange segments
  5. 2-3 kiwis, cut into semi-circular discs
  6. Skewers

Method

Put a cherry on the skewer, followed by a pineapple chunk and then a strawberry. Carefully put a segment of orange, followed by a cherry and a kiwi in the end.

 

Please note you can change the order in which fruits are skewered as long as you put fruits of contrasting colours that look good together.

 

You can also replace any of the above fruits with any other fruit you have got.
