Veggie Sandwich

A simple yet delicious sandwich that can be prepared very quickly with ingredients which are usually available at home.

Ingredients

  1. 4 bread slices
  2. 1 tablespoon butter
  3. 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
  4. 1 tomato, sliced
  5. 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala

Method

  1. Place the bread slices on a chopping board or clean surface and remove the edges of each slice with the help of a knife.
  2. Apply butter on each slice and keep it on a plate.
  3. Top 2 of the bread slices with the sliced cucumber and tomato. Sprinkle some chaat masala. Place a buutered bread slice on top of each of them to make a sandwich.
  4. Cut each sandwich into 4 pieces and serve with tea or coffee.
