Rose Lassi

2 ingredients yogurt drink that is insanely easy and quick to prepare and perfect to beat the summer heat.

  1. 2 cups yogurt
  2. 3 tablespoons Rose Syrup
  3. 4-5 ice cubes
  4. 1 tablespoon dried rose petals for garnishing (optional)


  1. Combine the yogurt and rose syrup in an electric blender. Blend for a minute or till the yogurt becomes smooth and frothy.
  2. Add the ice cubes and blend for few seconds.
  3. Pour the lassi into glasses.
  4. Garnish with dried rose petals and serve immediately.
  • Use fresh yogurt; do not use sour yogurt as it will not taste good.
  • You can adjust (reduce or increase) the amount of rose syrup depending on your taste.
  • You can also use chopped pistachios instead of dried rose petals for garnishing.
