- 11/2 cup whole wheat flour + 1/2 cup for rolling
- 3/4 cup finely chopped spring onion whites and greens
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground ginger
- 1-2 green chillies, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander leaves
- 2-3 tablespoons oil
- Salt to taste
