Paan-Gulkand Shots

You might have eaten sweet paan several times but how about drinking it? Enjoy preparing and drinking this gorgeous green drink; I’m sure you will love it! It can be enjoyed after a meal or at anytime you want to have a refreshing drink.

  1. 3 paan (beetel) leaves
  2. 2 teaspoon gulkand
  3. 2 scoops vanilla ice-cream
  4. 1/2 teaspoon sugar coated fennel seeds
  5. To Serve:
  6. 2 shot mug glasses
  7. OR
  8. 2 shot glasses


  1. Combine all the ingredients except fennel seeds in a blender and blend till smooth.
  2. Pour the blended paan shake in shot glasses.
  3. Garnish with sugar-coated fennel seeds and serve immediately.
