Cafe Mocha

Frothy and delicious coffee enriched with chocolate flavour. Wake your loved one/s up on Valentine’s Day morning with the aroma of this chocolaty coffee.

Ingredients

  1. 2 teaspoons instant coffee powder
  2. 2 teaspoons + 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  3. 11/2 cup milk
  4. Sugar to taste

Method

  1. Take 2 teaspoons coffee powder in a mug. Add 1/2 cup boiling water and stir well.
  2. Combine milk, black coffee, sugar and 2 teaspoons cocoa powder in a blender and blend for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Pour the blended coffee into coffee mugs and warm it up in the microwave for 1 minute. Warm up the coffee in the microwave immediately after blending otherwise the froth will disappear.
  4. Pour it into coffee mugs.
  5. Take a thick sheet of paper and cut it into square which is slightly bigger than the mouth of the mug. Fold this paper square into half and draw the outline of half of a heart. Cut along the outline. Unfold the paper square, you will get a paper heart stencil.
  6. Place this paper square on top of each coffee mug and sprinkle cocoa powder with the help of a small sieve.
  7. Serve immediately.
