Corn Cups

Incredibly easy, healthy and quick snack prepared using very few ingredients. A great hit with the kids and loved by adults as well. Perfect for hunger pangs in-between the meals!

Time: 5 minutes


Serves: Makes 2 cups

  1. 2 cups boiled sweetcorn
  2. 1 tablespoon butter
  3. 3/4 tablespoon lemon juice
  4. 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  5. Salt to taste


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl immediately after boiling the sweetcorn.
  2. Serve warm in paper cups or small bowls.

Recipe Tip:

Add a pinch of red chilli powder if you are not making it for kids.
