Rose & Pistachio Ice-Cream

Heavenly delicious ice-cream that is incredibly easy to prepare using only 5 ingredients! It tastes better than any store-bought ice-cream; if you prepare it once, you will definitely want to prepare it again!

  1. 150 ml heavy cream
  2. 2 tablespoons condensed milk
  3. 3 tablespoons rose syrup
  4. 2 tablespoons unsalted pistachios (roasted & chopped)
  5. 1 tablespoon dried rose petals (optional)


  1. Pour the heavy cream in a large bowl and place this bowl in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. If you are going to use a hand whisk, place it in the freezer as well with the cream.
  2. Place condensed milk in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
  3. After chilling the heavy cream in the freezer, beat it using a hand or electric whisk until soft peaks are formed.
  4. Add chilled condensed milk and rose syrup to the whipped cream. Mix gently using a spatula until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Pour half of this mixture into a freezer-safe container and sprinkle half of the pistachios on it. Pour the remaining ice-cream mixture and sprinkle some more pistachios on it. Freeze for 6 hours or overnight .
  6. Scoop out in ice-cream bowls and garnish with pistachios and dried rose petals.
