Bhel Puri

Spicy and tangy chaat prepared by combining loads of dry and wet ingredients creating a burst of flavours in the mouth.

  1. 11/2 cup puffed rice
  2. 3/4 cup sev
  3. 2 tablespoons roasted peanuts
  4. 4-5 crushed papdis
  5. 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  6. 1 tablespoon finely chopped raw mango
  7. 2 tablespoons finely chopped boiled potatoes
  8. 1 teaspoon finely chopped green chillies
  9. 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves
  10. 1 tablespoon fresh pomegranate seeds
  11. 11/2 teaspoon tamarind chutney
  12. 2 teaspoons green chutney (recipe link at the bottom)
  13. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  14. 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  15. Salt to taste


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Be careful while adding salt as chaat masala also contains salt.
  2. Serve immediately garnished with coriander leaves & pomegranate seeds.
